Special Education Management System
A management system in production use at a special education center, bringing students, teachers, lesson scheduling, parent payments, teacher earnings, reports and Excel import into one platform.

About this project
I built a web application that replaces the Excel workbooks a special education center used to run its day-to-day work; it is now used at the center by several staff members at the same time from different devices. Student records and running accounts, teacher earnings with four pay models, weekly recurring lesson plans, conflict detection for teachers and students, parent payments with receipt numbers, reports and an Excel import wizard all live in one panel. Concurrent edits are merged record by record and field by field. The staff account never sees money, and that rule is enforced on the server, not just in the UI. The app was scanned with OWASP ZAP and the findings were fixed.
The Problem
Special education centers typically manage students, guardians, teachers, sessions, payments and reporting through scattered spreadsheets and disconnected tools, increasing error risk and operational overhead.
The Solution
I built a management system, used by a real center, that unifies these processes into one panel with server-enforced role separation, conflict detection and financial reporting.
