About this project
I'm building a comprehensive SaaS platform for special education centers that unifies student and guardian records, teacher management, session scheduling, and payment/installment tracking into a single panel. The system brings together daily, weekly and monthly calendar views, teacher payroll, a daily cash register, financial and operational reporting, and an Excel data import wizard. Role-based dashboards let admins, teachers and office staff work within screens tailored to their permissions. A multi-tenant SaaS architecture is planned for a future phase.
The Problem
Special education centers typically manage students, guardians, teachers, sessions, payments and reporting through scattered spreadsheets and disconnected tools, increasing error risk and operational overhead.
The Solution
I'm building an end-to-end management system that unifies these processes into a single SaaS panel with role-based access, automatic scheduling conflict checks and financial reporting.
